Instructions for Completing the Application Form

  1. Download and complete only one set of the application form.
  2. Fill out the form using BLOCK LETTERS and provide all required information.
  3. Attach a recent passport-sized photograph at the top-right corner of the form.
  4. Include all relevant certificates, result slips, and supporting documents.
  5. The college shall not be held responsible for any errors made by the applicant.
  6. Ensure that your name matches the name used for all examinations taken.
  7. Scan and submit the completed form via email to info@rch.edu.gh or through the Student Login Portal.
  8. Pay a processing fee of GHS 100 to MTN Mobile Money number 0548321881 after requesting an eVoucher.
  9. Call the college on 0554168740 to verify your submission.
  10. Upon verification, you will receive an email containing your eVoucher and login instructions. NB: Please check your junkmail or spam if not found in your primary inbox
