- Download and complete only one set of the application form.
- Fill out the form using BLOCK LETTERS and provide all required information.
- Attach a recent passport-sized photograph at the top-right corner of the form.
- Include all relevant certificates, result slips, and supporting documents.
- The college shall not be held responsible for any errors made by the applicant.
- Ensure that your name matches the name used for all examinations taken.
- Scan and submit the completed form via email to info@rch.edu.gh or through the Student Login Portal.
- Pay a processing fee of GHS 100 to MTN Mobile Money number 0548321881 after requesting an eVoucher.
- Call the college on 0554168740 to verify your submission.
- Upon verification, you will receive an email containing your eVoucher and login instructions. NB: Please check your junkmail or spam if not found in your primary inbox
